What you’ll do:
• Preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close deadlines.
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed and maintain accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis.
• Analyse revenue, commissions, and expenses to ensure accurate allocation on a monthly basis.
• Assist in the analysis of financial statements, reporting on variances and providing insights into performance.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
• Support with monthly payroll calculations, PAYE, headcount reporting and HR/Payroll paperwork.
• Assist with quarterly forecasting and annual budget process, and cashflow forecasting.
• Assist with annual R&D claims.
• Take responsibility of process improvements and efficiency benefits in the team.
• Assist in the annual audit process.
• Assist with the annual PSA, P11d payroll reporting deadlines.
• Support with additional ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the Finance team.

This role will be based from our office in Leeds, with flexible working available. The salary for this role is competitive and negotiable based on experience.
