‘Genius’ marketing automation capabilities set to be unveiled at TFM 2018

Force24 is set to reveal never-before-seen automation functionality at the renowned Technology for Marketing event in London, on 26/27 September.

The launch comes in the month that the martech brand announced it has hit the £5m organic investment milestone, which has been ploughed into the development of the marketing automation platform since 2009.

But with a strong, feature-rich product roadmap for the next three years and beyond, the evolution of this UK-built and managed solution shows no sign of slowing.
The latest tech development, which is sure to be the talking point of Force24’s TFM stand T520, is the platform’s new Genius content system.

Built using the same code snippets technology as Force24’s ultra-quick and customisable email architecture, this release will overhaul the platform’s entire microsite editing capabilities. Following 12 months in development and beta-testing, the result is the ability to create landing pages in as little as 5 minutes, with complete customisation for every single website visitor.

By integrating with Force24’s renowned journey builder, Genius Blocks provides marketers with the option to turn all individual elements of a page on or off, depending on the user’s profile, behaviour and engagement to date, whilst fully personalising the page with the user’s information. The aim is to encourage maximum content targeting and UX customisation.

Commenting on the results that this release could have on marketers’ bottom line, Force24’s founding managing director Adam Oldfield said: “During beta, we took a site with an average 0.74% conversion rate. When marketers started using our microsite builder this rose to 9.18%, but with Genius in place, the figure exceeded 30%!
“This is because we were able to remove data capture tools for known visitors, for example, and special offers could be offered only to certain prospect segments. All of this with maximum ease – I bet anyone could work out what to do if we left them for five minutes.

“We hope that as many people as possible will stop by at TFM to accept that challenge!”
